Booking Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made via the Holiday Porth website, and do not apply to bookings made externally, including Airbnb, where seperate Terms & Conditions apply.

Payment Policy

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation, which is payable via Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account). The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to the check-in date, which is payable by PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer.

Rules

  • No pets
  • No smoking, parties or events
  • Check-in is anytime after 6PM and check out by 10AM
  • No Stag or Hen Parties
  • This property forms part of our family home please respect our space

Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled by contacting us directly. Cleaning fees and security deposits are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.

Bookings may be cancelled for free within 48 hours. After that, cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund.
